Sales Validation Queue

Garbage-in protection for the ratio study, reported as two separate figures with their own denominators (never blended): arms-length problems — bad arms-length sales that pollute the study (ratio blowouts, token/micro prices, outliers); and possibly mis-coded out — non-arms-length sales priced like real transactions that may have been wrongly excluded. The second group is a soft review hint: most carry deliberate non-arms-length codes (family, quitclaim, correction) and were excluded on purpose. Hard arms-length errors are always listed first.
